Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Apiaggregatorpro cohort enrollments confirmed by invoice. Informational prices on this website are not charges. Free materials and preview pages are not refundable.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive in writing within 7 days of payment and before the second live session of the enrolled program. After that window, partial refunds may be considered as described below.

Full refund conditions

A full refund is available when (a) the request meets the timeframe, (b) downloadable premium packs for that cohort have not been accessed beyond orientation materials, and (c) no custom House Monitor Desk workshops have been delivered.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the second live session but before the midpoint of the syllabus, we may refund 40% of tuition, less any non-refundable third-party venue or facilitator costs disclosed on your invoice. After midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Private on-site facilitation travel already incurred, custom sample-trail preparation for House Monitor Desk, and completed one-off workshops are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@apiaggregatorpro.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request qualifies.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank wires may take longer depending on your institution. Currency conversion differences are borne by the payer’s bank.

Cancellation by Apiaggregatorpro

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korea law that cannot be waived will prevail over conflicting clauses. Documented medical emergencies may be reviewed case by case for goodwill credits.
